Cub Scouts Pack 402 is chartered by Sts. Peter and Paul School and the Boy Scouts of America. We offer a year-round program for boys in 1st - 5th grades. Scouting is a family oriented program designed to be fun for boys of all ages. Boys are members of dens comprised of 6 - 8 boys in their grade. Each den meets 2-4 times a month with den leaders who work with them on specific achievements or activities designed to help them earn their next rank badge. Some meetings are held immediately after school while field trips and other activities may be scheduled for evenings or weekends.

Sts. Peter and Paul School also charters Brownies and Girl Scouts. Troops are combined of up to 20 members and are designed to be fun and family oriented. Each troop meets 2 -4 times each month after school. Activities are designed to help girls earn badges. Weekends and evenings are also scheduled when special activities are planned.

Speech

National Geographic Geography Bee
Beginning at the school level, students in fourth through eighth grade have the opportunity to participate in the annual National Geographic Geography Bee. The winner from our school then completes a written exam. The top 100 scores from the written test move on to the State level. Winners of the State Bee move on to the national level held in Washington, D.C. Participants show great knowledge of maps, capitals and current world events.

National Junior Honor Society
Sts. Peter and Paul School is a member of the National Junior Honor Society which is open to 7th and 8th graders who maintain and encourage high standards of: scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship.

Yearbook
Eighth graders put together our yearbook using templates on the computer. To offset the cost of the yearbook, eighth graders also sell advertisements. Many hours of learning go into the production of the yearbook. Meetings are held after school with a parent acting as advisor.

Sts Peter and Paul School offers additional after school programs for students.
These programs include: Mad Science, Pottery, Band, Spanish, and Italian classes.
